GENERAL CONDITIONS OF WIN ACTIONS
Addition to the general terms and conditions for participating in a CLOSE-UP giveaway
1. The organizer of this competition is the company CLOSE-UP in Sint-Denijs-Westrem
2. Participation is free of charge and without obligation to purchase goods or services. By participating in a competition, the user accepts these terms and conditions. Only one participation per participant is valid. CLOSE-UP reserves the right to disqualify you at any time without giving any reason or to refuse your participation, or not to pay out prizes, for example if you violate one of these terms and conditions, try to manipulate the promotion or attempt to influence the action in any other unlawful manner.
3. Participation is open to persons living in Belgium who are at least 18 years old when participating.
4. The winner has three days to respond to this message, so that the delivery of the prize can be arranged. After this period CLOSE-UP reserves the right to choose a new winner. CLOSE-UP is not responsible for not receiving or reading emails or messages too late. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that his or her name and image can reasonably be used for promotional purposes without any compensation (on Facebook, Instagram, webshop, ...).
5. Only the prizes described in the prize draw can be won or, if this proves impossible, a similar prize determined by CLOSE-UP. The winner will be selected by CLOSE-UP from all participants with a program that randomly selects a winner. The draw is based on the software program 'comment picker', if desired, the result can be requested. The result cannot be influenced by multiple participation. The winners will be notified via e-mail and social media.
6. The duration of a promotion on CLOSE-UP is announced via social media, a landing page or in an article about the relevant competition. Results of competitions will be announced via the special landing page of the competition, social media or via an article. The winner will then be contacted by CLOSE-UP to collect any missing information and thus be able to further settle the prize. CLOSE-UP is not liable for defects caused by postal or shipping companies, or for receiving the prize by an unauthorized person.
7. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for money. Prizes are also not transferable by name. Prizes cannot be combined during other promotions or on discounted items. Styling advice cannot take place on Saturday afternoon. CLOSE-UP reserves the right to give another sweater as a price other than the stated preference, when no longer in stock.
8. Game results from the company CLOSE-UP are final. The results are not open to discussion. Such requests are not answered. CLOSE-UP reserves the right to suspend or adjust the competition in whole or in part.
9. CLOSE-UP also reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
10. CLOSE-UP or auxiliaries are not liable for any property damage and / or other damage resulting from the promotion, including but not limited to property damage and / or other damage caused by (i) participation, (ii) inability to participate or (iii) using the prize.
11. Each participant agrees that his personal data will be stored in the CLOSE-UP database (and third parties involved in the relevant promotion). You hereby consent to the processing of your data when participating in such a CLOSE-UP promotion. The data that CLOSE-UP receives as part of this promotion will be treated in accordance with the relevant legislation and privacy regulations
12. CLOSE-UP is not responsible for the late delivery of the goods, as they depend on the services of BPOST.
